Erasmus+ Project
Synergies in
Physical Chemistry & Chemical Physics.
PCCP on a larger scale.
The Bordeaux PCCP team is coordinating a candidature to the upcoming Erasmus+ call for proposal "capacity building in the field of higher education".
The Erasmus+ project Synergies in PCCP aims at building a high-level educational and training network between the European universities involved in the PCCP consortium and 10 Latin American institutions, extending the PCCP master program to a much larger scale.

The Erasmus+ Project
Key Action 2 (KA2) — Capacity building in the field of higher education
The key action of the project is the improvement of the internationalization of partners' Master degree diplomas by setting up a joint definition of common core courses in the PCCP field and the promotion of several levels of academic recognition (from transferable credits to dual and joint diploma). Because the partner Universities share the same interests in PCCP both from educational and research points of view, one important perspective of this project is the constitution of a Research and Higher Education network among our institutions.
Specific Objectives
-
Structuring the partners around the PCCP domains at training, educational and research levels.
-
Definition of academic schemes and structures for the partnership of our institutions in order to enhance the students' training and mobility within the framework of scientific projects and collaboration.
-
Developing, sharing and transferring best practices and innovative approaches in education and training.
-
Construction of a PCCP students' database for the improvement of fate survey and job offers after the Master degree, in connection with public and private partners.
-
Set-up of a referential of training in PCCP associated with the production of teaching materials, books and digital documents labeled by our PCCP network.
-
Encouraging the active participation of Master students in their training with the organization of scientific events, and the management of an international students’ association.
-
Connecting the industrial environments to our academic network by defining a pool of associated partners among European and American companies.
-
Ensuring the sustainability of our actions beyond the 3-years Erasmus program duration by creating an international label and/or foundation.
