PCCP Events
PCCP International Workshop
Every year, the PCCP International Workshop is organized at the University of Bordeaux. This 2-day conference provides a unique information and communication platform that covers a wide range of subjects related to the various fields of physical chemistry, ranging from fundamental academic research to industrial applications. Outstanding keynote speakers are invited to outline state-of-the-art and recent trends in various research fields. PCCP students are both involved in the organization of the workshop and in the scientific presentations, either through poster or oral communications.
This important event, which marks the ending of the academic year, is also a great opportunity for PCCP students to exchange with worldwide researchers in a convivial framework.
International Summer Schools. A First Experience Abroad
In addition to the traditional lectures, students entering the PCCP program will be offered the opportunity to participate in summer schools focusing on various domains of physical chemistry, organized in one of the partner Universities. These schools are great ways to boost up the academic knowledge of first-year students during the summer break and to have a first international experience.
But summer schools are not only a great international experience in terms of high-level education. These schools also offer our students the opportunity to meet fellow students from other Universities, to improve their language skills, meet locals, experience a different culture, and much more... Summer schools also offer opportunities to students willing to enter PhD programs.
