 USFQ/UBx double diploma

Bordeaux/USFQ:

A privileged link, a double diploma.

The University San Francisco of Quito (USFQ) and the Bordeaux University have signed a historical agreement defining the foundations of a Master double diploma in Physical Chemistry & Chemical Physics.

Students from Quito entering the 2-year PCCP Master program will spend the first year at USFQ, working with Bordeaux students on collaborative projects such as remote projects. Then, they will spend the second year of the Master in Bordeaux. During the fall semester, they will attend the PCCP courses at the University of Bordeaux, and do their master thesis during the spring semester. Laureates will be issued a  Master degree of both USFQ and Bordeaux Universities.

Students from USFQ in Bordeaux, with J. Torres and C. Crespos, heads of Master programs at USFQ and Bordeaux Universities.

June 2018.

Beside being a valuable human experience, students from Bordeaux choosing to do their master thesis at the University San Fransisco of Quito will have the opportunity, under the supervision of a local Professor, to teach Bachelor students. Not mandatory to validate the PCCP Master degree, this action offers to students a unique opportunity to acquire their first teaching experience in an international context. Grants will be available for interested candidates. In addition to the Bordeaux Master degree, Laureates will receive a certificate issued by USFQ.
